The owners desired a new connected guest house, pool, and renovated master suite to their marsh view home. The new large addition takes cues from the original house in both style and form, with an octagonal connector and diamond shaped pool that echoes the original house’s balconies.
The marsh side of the home is designed to open up and the new pool has a large underwater viewing window.
