Adams purchased an empty parcel in downtown North Charleston for a new local headquarters. The program was split into 2 buildings with parking and an urban park placed between them. The main circulation axis, interior and exterior, became “streets” for signage and examples of Adam’s billboard works. The building mass breaks to allow views of displayed works even from the road.
