This small two-story, Earthcraft house sits on a small site in a downtown residential neighborhood. Because of the zoning requirements, the lot size, and context, the floor plans had to be efficient, using all available space. The home’s aesthetic is a contemporary interpretation of the Charleston Single House.

Unfortunately, this version was deemed to contemporary, and a traditional version was built instead.
